Summary0003651: rebooting kali is not working
Description

It happen frequently when I reboot kali. When after I restart kali GRUB menu show, I choose kali and it freeze at black screen with underscore blinking. Even waited for along time it didn't even boot up.
At that time I have to hold power button till power off and power on again.

If you want help with this, please submit more information needed.. like which arch? How you made the bootable usb.. and so on..

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
