Summary0003664: New updates makes network unusable
Description

After updating kali linux my network is not working, i had assigned it a static IP address and it will not resolve any hostnames. i have tried to set static dns but that does not work, i am able to ping IP's, but not visit any sites.

I have confirmed when i assign this particular IP to another machine it works.

as well as setting to dhcp makes it useless as well

I'm sorry but this bug report is not actionable, it doesn't provide enough details to be able to diagnose the problem. Also it's rather old now and I guess it no longer applies. Closing it.
