Solved!

I just created the file openvassd.conf in directory /etc/openvas with the line "kb_location = /var/run/redis/redis.sock" as content.

So i've changed the file /etc/redis/redis.conf and change the line unixsocketperm with permission 775 and it's worked.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
We will be closing this ticket due to inactivity.
