Summary	0003672: Cannot boot live ISO from USB on MacBook Pro 8,1
Description	It is not possible to boot a live ISO on a MacBook Pro 8,1 (early 2011) from a USB thumb drive.
Steps To Reproduce	Pressing the options key during boot offers an 'EFI Boot' entry in addition to the usual 'Macintosh HD' entry. When I pick that one the screen freezes immediately. Booting from the same thumb drive on a MacBook Air 6,1 (early 2014) offers not only an 'EFI Boot' (which also does not work) but in addition a 'Windows' selection which boots up Kali successfully.
