Summary0003686: Dunst notification daemon autostarts and takes precedence over DE's native notification system
Description

There is no way to disable dunst in user session and native n-d (for example xfce4-notifyd in xfce) is not allowed to start since dunst stole it place.

Steps To Reproduce

Install dunst, restart X session.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
