Kali W48 login password fails
The login root and password toor do not work for both:
kali-linux-light-2016-W48-amd64.iso
kali-linux-light-2016-W48-i386.iso
The SHA1SUMS check.

Steps To Reproduce

download kali-linux-light-2016-W48
check sha1sum
install on usb drive
boot usb drive
try to login as root:toor
login fails

tested both i386 and amd64 on two machines

Note: Kali W47 usb boot works and can be installed

Thanks for the report. You're right. I have fixed the live-build configuration in git://git.kali.org/live-build-config.git to resolve this.

Next week's images should be good again. Or even tomorrow's images in the daily images:
http://archive.kali.org/kali-daily-images/

Feel free to reopen if tomorrow's (dated Nov 30) daily image do not work.
