Summary0003843: Enable NETLINK_CRYPTO protocol
Description

Hi,

The current kernel config compiles the crypto modules but it doesn't enable CONFIG_CRYPTO_USER which registers the protocol so they're not really usable from userspace.

This would be simply a matter of using a kernel config with CONFIG_CRYPTO_USER=m.

Steps To Reproduce

The simple way is to clone libkcapi and run a sample or its test suite. This is on my kali rolling install.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x/2017.1), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
