Description

Dear Smarter people Of The Internet,
I am not able to to update my machine with the command: sudo apt-get update && apt-get upgrade. Also even if i go into the package updater it says there no updates when i know that tools need updates. Also i cant use the command sudo apt-get install to install packages. PLEASE HELP!
