Summary	0003976: trying to update kali
Description	hi i am trying to update kali linux 2017.1 using the command "sudo apt-get update" but all it says is "reading package lists....... Done" and does nothing else and then when i try to install tor with the command "sudo apt-get install tor" it says "tor has no installation candidate" can you please fix it Thanks. :)
