Description

PLEASE add VLC, VirtualBox, gqrx, gnu-radio, OpenOffice/LibreOffice, Bresero-ISO burner as built-in pre-installed apps! To run from the liveCD for the next version 2017.3 THANKS!!!

Steps To Reproduce

Live CD pre-installed for 2017.3 Include the following please:

  1. VLC
  2. VIRTUALBOX
  3. OPENOFFICE/LIBREOFFICE
  4. GNURADIO
  5. GQRX
  6. BRESERO
  7. AppImageAssistant/ AppDirAssistant
  8. Camicri Cube Portable App
  9. GIMP
Additional Information

When I type in Terminal in Kali 2017.2
$ man vlc
It shows "No manual entry for vlc"

$ which vlc
Does not show the "/usr/bin/vlc" anymore

We wont be adding these to the default Kali ISO due to size and usage considerations. You are welcome to build your own Kali ISO with whatever you need preinstalled - https://kali.training/chapter-9/building-custom-kali-live-iso-images/
