Summary	0004521: apt update and upgrade are very slow and crashing sometimes
Description	the repostory of kali linux repo.kali.org has beed denied access. so while we setup sources.list with http.kali.org, both the update and upgrade are damn slow and crashing many times even with high speed internet. Apart from that most kali linux installations have grub installation failure problems which causes boot failures
