Summary0004556: Kali linux mirror is giving very slow download speed
Description

http://ftp.yzu.edu.tw/

The above mirror is giving very less download speed.
The approximation is 30KBPS.

It happens always when I try to update kali linux.

Steps To Reproduce

apt update && apt full-upgrade

in command terminal

Additional Information

My current location is India.

My internet connection is ADSL 8mbps download.

It's unfortunate but we don't have any indian mirror and the geolocation redirects you to the closest mirror which is in Taiwan. The redirector has no way to know the bandwidth between you and the mirror.

You should likely select another mirror that works better for you and update your sources.list. See http://cdimage.kali.org/README.mirrorlist
