Summary0000462: ftested fails to run if using libnet-pcap-perl since it doesn't include Net::PcapUtils
Description

Net::PcapUtils is not included in the libnet-pcap-perl package, as nothing provides the module ftested exit with:

Can't locate Net/PcapUtils.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.14.2 /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.14 /usr/share/perl/5.14 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/bin/ftestd line 13.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/ftestd line 13.

Net::PcapUtils should be included in a separated package, unless instaled from cpan.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling 2016.x), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
