Summary	0004746: [GNOME] Can't disable Sound Effects
Description	in settings > sound > sound effects there is on/off button and that its not working there is also an alert volume bar and its not working either and i tried to add a silent ogg in /usr/share/sounds/gnome/default/alerts not showing with others alerts after adding it why i wanna disable a sound effects ? its too annoying in terminal with 100% sound level
