Dear maintainers,

as I am regularly build my own kali-live-image I discovered some little issues,
which I sadly can not assign to something. Maybe you know better. These break not the system, but I would like to inform you.

1. German keyboard layout no more active after boot

As I build with German keyboard I use
./build.sh --arch i386 --distribution kali-rolling --variant lxde --verbose -- --apt-http-proxy http://localhost:3142 --bootappend-live "acpi_osi=Linux boot=live noconfig=sudo username=root hostname=kali ignore_uuid
locales=de_DE.UTF-8 keyboard-layouts=de keyboard-variants=nodeadkeys"

Although the live-system is starting with these options, it does not work.
Doing "loadkeys de" does switch the keyboard layout, as "console-setup" package is installed.

2. CD/DVD ejects too early at shutdown

This is a minor issue. When running from a DVD and shutting down the computer using the command "halt -p" then at half done shutdown suddenly the DVD ejects. This unmounts the fileystem.squashfs and inhibits to shutting down the computer running all shutdown-scripts. I suppose, there is a wrong order in the shutdown scripts. This behaviour appeared some months ago.

3. wicd demon is no more automatically starting at boot.

This is also a minor issue, and I do not know, if this is intended so (maybe as a security feature) or if it is a bug (systemd?). In former livesystems I built, the wicd demon started at boot. In the last images I built (about 3 or 4 weeks), this behaviour appeeared. Wicd demon can be started manually.

As I said, these are very little issues. However, maybe you should know about them, so I allowed me, to inform you. Please don't mind.
