To what mirror are you being redirected for the other packages that are correctly downloaded?

Please paste the output of this command:
curl -sI http://http.kali.org/README

The files that are shown as returning 404 errors are present on the mirror redirector and should not generate any such error. Was the problem transient and is it already gone? (In which case you might want to hold off a few hours before reporting problems)

This can happen in case the mirror that you are being redirected to is updated before the mirror redirector. It should not happen often and should not last very long.

The mirror redirector is now the first mirror synced so the window where this can happen should be close to zero now.
