Summary0004964: Cannot create kali iso from within kali docker using kali live build
Description

Using the latest kali docker image to create a kali iso using the kali live build tool fails.

Steps to reproduce:
docker pull kalilinux/kali-linux-docker
docker run -it "/bin/bash" kalilinux/kali-linux-docker
follow simple instructions here: https://docs.kali.org/development/live-build-a-custom-kali-iso

You will hit 2 errors:
W: Failure trying to run: chroot "/root/live-build-config/chroot" mount -t proc proc /proc
W: See /root/live-build-config/chroot/debootstrap/debootstrap.log for details
and
P: Begin unmounting /sys...
umount: chroot/sys: umount failed: No such file or directory.

This worked on the previous docker image without any issues. Can create an iso on debian using instructions at the bottom of https://docs.kali.org/development/live-build-a-custom-kali-iso

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling <= 2018.3), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
