Summary	0004991: Marvell 88W8897 not working. mwifiex_pcie driver
Description	Surface Pro 3 builtin wifi (Marvell Technology Group Ltd. 88W8897 [AVASTAR] 802.11ac Wireless does not work with 2018.3+. It works with 2018.2. It is seen and can scan the networks but cannot connect to any. dmesg shows: IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): mlan0: link is not ready May be an issue with 4.17 kernel as I've seen other folks using other distros complaining about the same thing after upgrading to kernel 4.17.
