I have got this bug two times on My computer.
Kali version : kali 17-03 amd64
packet affected : firefox esr
when I installed firefox 59 for exemple on My Kali Linux OS un the /opt directory,
the browser cannot access to apache web (xampp server) directory even firefox esr. The apache server return 403 error. When I restart it, it say that the mysql-safe cannot write un the mysql_error file even when I reinstall it.
It seems I was automatically logged out from My root account.
When I log out effectuvely, the screen become completely black with the cursor.
And I restart, the last message :

• failed to start User for UID 131
• see système status [email protected]
  Even the networks interfaces cannot be started.
