Summary0005224: CPU blocks??
Description

I get looping stop jobs on shutdown or reboot.
I'm new to Kali Linux and had it installed on a USB, following the steps for creating a persistence drive. I run the Live USB
Persistence mode. It boots normally but doesn't shutdown correctly and it doesn't save anything on the persistence drive either.

The images I uploaded consist of the "error codes" I guess, though I am not sure.

I waited for more than 10 minutes the first time it happened and had to shut it down with the power button.

Steps To Reproduce

On reboot or shutdown

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling <= 2018.4), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
