Summary	0005276: Acire Aspire 5 reboots if plugged
Description	Tried fresh install of 2019.1 and 2018.4 on Acer Aspire 5 laptop (A515-41G). If poweron using battery everything works fine. If poweron while laptop is plugged the system reboots every time the window manager starts. Plugging the laptop after the boot has finished doesn't present any problem.
Steps To Reproduce	Download last Kali ISO, write to USB, boot and install Kali on Acer Aspire 5 and reboot while the laptop is plugged.
Additional Information	Installation is standard, only OS on the HDD is Kali, full disk encryption chosen during installation.
