Description | Tried fresh install of 2019.1 and 2018.4 on Acer Aspire 5 laptop (A515-41G). If poweron using battery everything works fine. Plugging the laptop after the boot has finished doesn't present any problem. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | Download last Kali ISO, write to USB, boot and install Kali on Acer Aspire 5 and reboot while the laptop is plugged. | ||||
Additional Information | Installation is standard, only OS on the HDD is Kali, full disk encryption chosen during installation. | ||||
Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling <= 2018.4), these legacy versions are no longer supported. Please could you see if you are able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Kali Linux - https://www.kali.org/downloads/)?
