Summary0000054: Missing icons for kali-linux-full
Description

after install the package (kali-linux-full ) from synaptic , the beef-xss , and the extra tools that comes with kali-linux-full dont have an icons in the main menu of kali , so mean the tools comes with kali-linux-full are missing icons in the main menu

for example : dradis,beef-xss etc after install them from the synaptic cant find them in kali menu

Fixed beef and dradis + introduced a new submenu. Remaining desktop items to be created:

Pipal and responder already had desktop files. Added new files for ftester and keimpx in kali-menu_1.324.
