Summary0005449: Private key generated by webmitm is too short
Description

During the first start of webmitm (from dsniff package) an RSA key pair is generated with a length of 1024 bits.
However, when webmitm tries to use this key later it terminates with an error message: "key too small".

webmitm should generate a key with 2048 bits or more.

Steps To Reproduce

root@kali:~# webmitm
Generating RSA private key, 1024 bit long modulus (2 primes)

Getting Private key
webmitm: certificate generated
webmitm: error:140AB18F:SSL routines:SSL_CTX_use_certificate:ee key too small: No such file or directory

Additional Information

A workaround is to generate key and certificate on your own with openssl prior to starting webmitm:
openssl req -x509 -newkey rsa:2048 -keyout webmitm.crt -out webmitm.crt -days 365 -nodes
