Summary0005527: System hangs/freeze when reboot or shutdown
Description

System hangs/freeze when reboot or shutdown in kali linux version 2019.1, 2019.1a or 2019.2, so I have to forcibly shut down to restart or shut down. But when i use kali linux version 2018.4, the system runs normally and smoothly. I installed directly on my laptop without using vm.

When i use version 2018.4 then i try command sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade, upgrade success and it can reboot normaly.
But when i try command sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, upgrade success but when i try to rebootor shutdown, the system hangs/freeze.

Due to the age of the OS (Kali Moto [v1], Kali Safi [v2], Kali Rolling <= 2019.2), these legacy versions are no longer supported.
