Hi nethunter,
The Powershell pkg ins NOT available in Kali repositories.
If you have added an external repository in Kali probably you will break your install.
I suggest you open a request to ADD the powershell as New Tool instead of a BUG.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I will try it on New Tool. Should I just clean install Kali on VMware? I can do that. And stay out of the repository. I was following the steps on kali.org. How do I install PowerShell without repository? Thanks again
