Summary	0005656: 64 Bit image will not boot on Raspberry Pi 4
Description	Image boots to a large multicolored block in center of screen. Goes no farther.
Steps To Reproduce	Flash image to microSD card. Boot. Fail.
Additional Information	Can flash and boot the 32-bit image.
