Description

After upgrading from 2019.02 to 03 I have some strange display problems. Nearly the whole Desktop has a white/transparent? background only the Menu-bar on the top and the lower end of the Display (the height of the dock) is "colored". Also the Menu (Applications & settings/shut down) stays transparent until I click or hover over it. Same for Firefox but not for Chromium and Terminal.
Back on 2019.02 everything works fine again.

Steps To Reproduce

Boot Live or install/upgrade 2019.03
