Summary0005809: every window freezes with mouse hold and scroll
Description

i am using kali linux for OSCP exam from the link https://support.offensive-security.com/pwk-kali-vm/. whenever i hold the mouse from scrollbar and drag it window freezes for several seconds. It happens in every window including leafpad as well

Steps To Reproduce

just mouse hold on any window from scrollbar and drag it upwards or downwards with medium speed
