Summary0005824: Repack Vibrancy icon theme and Kali-X GTK theme
Description

While 2019.4 theming is cool, maybe some people would prefer older releases appearance. Is there any chance to get these themes repacked as optional packages? Maybe even with historic Kali wallpapers or something like that.

Or, at least, upload those themes to some DE-look.org open theme repository to avoid them getting lost.

While I like the idea, the previous themes are outdated and will break the GUI if installed with the modern DEs.
They may still work, but at some point, they'll need to be redone and that's something we cannot focus on right now.
For example, the new gnome-shell 3.36 completely breaks the compatibility with previous themes
