Summary	0005909: Cannot Update Kali - 111: Connection Refused
Description	whenever I'm trying to update my Kali in the terminal (CMD) , i notice that something prevent it from been fully updated. if someone here is familiar with this "proxy" issue (from my understanding so far) please guide me to the right path to pass this obstacle , thanks at advance, ref95.
Steps To Reproduce	Err:1 http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling InRelease Could not connect to 10.0.2.15:8080 (10.0.2.15). - connect (111: Connection refused) Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done 1070 packages can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see them. W: Failed to fetch http://http.kali.org/kali/dists/kali-rolling/InRelease Could not connect to 10.0.2.15:8080 (10.0.2.15). - connect (111: Connection refused) W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
