Summary0005939: No Kernel Modules Found - Rolling ISO of Doom
Description

Using the rolling iso of doom, 2 of the last 3 ISOs I created this week will boot but fail at the installation step Download Installer Components with a message: no kernel modules found

Steps To Reproduce

Generate a new ISO
Create a new VM from the ISO (tested the same in VMware ESXi v6 u3, the latest Oracle VirtualBox, and the latest Win Hyper-V)
Wait for the installer to continue until the Download Installer Components step
