I have found the issue of the kernel panic. It seems it occurs if you install the wireless driver for Ralink corp. Device 3290 . Downloaded it from the official website and it crashes. Also Kali has serious issues with this release of wireless driver.Maybe if it could be included it will stop crashing.

I still dont understand what you expect us to do with this report, we do not provide for support Ralink drivers. Other than that your description of "Kali has serious issues with wireless driver" is in no way helpful or actionable. Ticket closed.
