Summary0006025: No login screen and recently crashed
Description

I used apt to install some packets. Suddenly screen turnrd black and nothing happened. I trier alt+prtScr+b and it rebooted. Now no screen is there no gui is there only cli .

Steps To Reproduce

I ran cut and tr command to new.txt and got a file apt.sh with lot of packages. i ran sh apt.sh then it happened.
