Summary	0006099: Laptop will not shut down (I have to manually hold the power button)
Description	Lenovo Thinkpad t460 Intel Graphics Disk appears to stop spinning, however the screen will not turn off.
Steps To Reproduce	Whenever I shut down (commands or radio button) the disk will stop spinning as the laptop is off; However the screen is still one with dragon icon and it never goes away.
