Description	http://http.kali.org/pool/main/i/isr-evilgrade/isr-evilgrade_2.0.9-0kali1_all.deb Forever stuck at 97%. It keeps redownloading over and over again.
Steps To Reproduce	Just try downloading from webbrowser or installing from APT.

steev 2020-04-09 20:43 reporter ~0012599	This is likely due to antivirus somewhere, either on your system, or on your network. The binaries in isr-evilgrade are detected by many antivirus programs, and so it will block their download. There is nothing we can do on our end.
