Wi-Fi connection speed did not exceed 15kbt / s

Additional Information

Removed completely b43-fwcutter 1: 019-5-kali1 firmware-b43-installer 1: 019-5-kali1

Download and install 43-fwcutter 1: 019-3 firmware-b43-installer 1: 019-3
Wi-Fi connection speed has become normal
