When I try to open any tool or application, this error appears to me (Could not launch application, Failed to fork (Cannot allocate memory))

Htop or Top are console tools that show me some output that i need...

"apt-get install htop" will do the trick!

I'm afraid that you're not hitting a real bug, you just didn't allocate enough memory to your virtual machine. Please increase the amount of RAM allocated to your VM and you should be fine.
