I understand it supposed to work with external wifi adaptors but why does not work with bulti in card?

Sucks to hear that. What is the network adapters name? Dell Latitude 3560? Ubuntu 14.04.2 Drivers found here:
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER03047283M/1/Latitude_3460_3560_A00.fish.tar.gz

Try those and see if they help.
