Summary | 0006593: Using AMD's new chip 4000 series 4700u laptop, Kali cannot be installed and booted normally. |
---|
Description | After installing the Kali operating system with 4700u laptop, AMD's first product, it failed to start normally. It was started in normal mode and single user check mode respectively, and then the screen error message screenshot was taken. See the attached picture for details. Is it because Linux kernel 5.7 does not support AMD's latest 4000 series chip products? The other is that during installation, if you choose to install GNOME desktop, it will get stuck in the interface of gdm3 configuration, and there will be no further progress and no response. Please repair the system as soon as possible, otherwise。 |
