Description	when i command apt-get update it shows E: List directory /var/lib/apt/lists/partial is missing. - Acquire (13: Permission denied) W: Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied) W: Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/srcpkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied)

kali-bugreport 2020-08-08 14:15 reporter ~0013252	Obviously you need to run apt-get update as root and not as a normal user. Time to learn some linux basics first before creating unnecessary bugreports.
