do you install kali on rasperry pi or different devices? if not in my opinion you choose wrong kernel maybe this article will be helpful https://askubuntu.com/questions/554624/how-to-resolve-the-lib-modules-3-13-0-27-generic-build-no-such-file-or-direct

I'm running Kali Linux on a Pinebook which is a Pine64.
https://www.offensive-security.com/kali-linux-arm-images/
(You will find the current release at the top of the page 2020.3)

I've been using Kali Linux 2020.1 for a while on the Pinebook.
And kernel 5.7.0-kali1-arm64 has a working WiFi driver for the Pinebook.
But after a system update "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade".
The WiFi driver rtl8723cs fails to build during upgrade to kernel 5.7.0-kali3-arm64.

my proposition is
search for compat wireless 2010 06 26 p.tar.bz2
unpack it
cd compat wireless but folder nat archive
make unload
make load
or second option
use older kernel if possible

Ok, I while continue using the older kernel for now, and hopefully this will be fixed in the next kernel upgrade.
