Summary0006858: Throttled: Workaround for Intel throttling issues in Linux
Description

[Description] - This tool was originally developed to fix Linux CPU throttling issues affecting Lenovo T480 / T480s / X1C6. It supports undervolting the CPU by configuring voltage offsets for CPU, cache, GPU, System Agent and Analog I/O planes. It will re-apply undervolt on resume from standby and hibernate by listening to DBus signals. You can now either use the UNDERVOLT key in config to set global values or the UNDERVOLT.AC and UNDERVOLT.BATTERY keys to selectively set undervolt values for the two power profiles.

[Dependencies] - sudo apt install git build-essential python3-dev libdbus-glib-1-dev libgirepository1.0-dev libcairo2-dev python3-venv python3-wheel
