Summary0006958: My Keyboard and Mouse won't work
Description

I am using an USB mouse and USB keyboard. This is because when I have more than three windows at once my keyboard and mouse on my laptop quit until my PC is restarted. It's Really quite irritating.

Steps To Reproduce

I will be using YouTube to listen to music while i perform other tasks, such as leaving my game running while I organized files on my computer.
