Summary	0000702: need to upgrade vlc player to version 2,1
Description	in current version (2.0.3) there are some codecs missing and that is why i can't play some videos.
Steps To Reproduce	not able to play any webinars with citrix's g2m codec videos without windows virtual machine.
Additional Information	citrix are claiming that vlc 2.1 is solving this matter for linux users.

dookie 2013-12-05 19:35 reporter ~0001130	The vlc package is maintained by Debian and we will not be forking it to upgrade it. Kali Linux is a penetration testing distribution and media players are not a priority.
