Thank you very much! It really turned out to install Kali only from a distribution recorded on a USB stick with the help of Rufus!!! |

For this you have to go through the graphical install Process. |

To install Kali Live on a USB drive, please refer to: https://www.kali.org/docs/usb/live-usb-install-with-windows/. Indeed, we recommend to use either Etcher or Rufus. If you use Windows, please make sure to click "Eject USB Drive" before ejecting the USB drive. This is to ensure that all the data is physically written to the USB drive. If you don't do that, you might end up with corrupted files, and that's exactly what your second screenshot suggests... Another explanation for the second screenshot is that your USB drive is of very bad quality and the data is corrupted. If you keep hitting this issue, please try another USB drive. If you can, maybe invest in a high-quality USB drive that is rock solid 100% reliable. |
