Summary0007738: Why Network/Internet Configs are set to do manually in Kali Linux (Resolve.conf Issue)
Description

Installed new version of Kali Linux. Why it network configs are not set to be default to plug and play?
It is even not allowing to edit resolve.conf file. If it has not to been set on GUI. Then why Kali Linux support GUI Interface.
Kindly make it simple to work with. Do not make thing that make people frustrated.

I actually had this same issue was driving me nuts I normally install Kali on a VM without setting up networking (I normally use static ips) but doing that it never properly sets up resolv.conf so on a fresh install I actually setup the networking and DNS servers during install and everything works properly network manager does create the resolv.conf configs.
