|Summary||0007800: Kali does not boot on AMD Cezanne GPU and GTX 1650M GPU|
|Description||After, Installing the Kali in UEFI mode the machine is stuck in a in a cursor window forever.|
Tried, Upgrading all the packages from initramfs shell and nvidia driver still it does not boot.
While, Installing Ubuntu works as a charm as the nvidia-driver package is 510 version which works fine.
||There are a dozen of like firmware missing for amdgpu and nvidia cards while doing the update-initramfs -u command|
Have you tried with a weekly image which will have a newer kernel? Do you have more of an error message? Unfortunately, the Kali team isn't large and we don't have every piece of hardware available in order to test, so we need users help when they are running into hardware issues.
And the firmware missing isn't always an issue, if you don't have those devices, then it not being there just means that it's not taking up space on your drive.
