You have provided absolutely no information about how you're trying to run Kali or where. With absolutely zero info, and just a screenshot of the UEFI shell, I am going to guess that you are attempting to install on a virtual machine on an apple silicon Mac, and ending up here. Make sure you are downloading the correct ISO for the architecture. If you are using Apple Silicon, make sure that the ISO file has "arm64" in the name, and NOT "amd64" That said as well, this is a bug tracker and not a technical support forum.
