Summary0000802: Unable to start Kali
Description

My system is as follows:
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard
24GB RAM
Intel i7 3770k
Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX

Steps To Reproduce

Saved kali-linux-1.0.5-amd64 iso to a USB key.
Once I select to run "live" boot it starts loading the files
After a few seconds it comes to a stop and tells me that Kali failed to boot.

Can you retry with http://cdimage.kali.org/kali-1.0.6/kali-linux-1.0.6-amd64.iso and tell me if the problem persists ?

If yes, can you type "cat /boot.log" in the shell you get after the failure and show me the output ?

Oddly enough I unplugged the SATA's to my other hard drives and it seems to boot successfully. I'm not sure if the other hard drives were conflicting with the USB key or what but it seems to work now.
