Huge bug for kali ,

I installed kali linux ,

and changed the desktop , grub screen , gdm3 screen .

Use gsetting set

and chang login panel

/etc/gdm3/greeter.gsettings

after i do these , i reboot , all workable

but i use apt-get install && apt-get dist-upgrade

then ,reboot again , all changed ,

i am not sure how apt-get dist-upgrade changed these ,

this is the one . then i open evolution , it is crash and screen login out

i use lift click .change background , it crash too

system setting , crashed again .

what is the problem ?

i don't do apt-get install && apt-get dist-upgrade ,

it is work well , but i do this , get many problems .
